Values to be measured
- Physical activity:
Values how, steps, calories, distance, minutes of movement and detail of your activity. - Data about your body:
Fat percentage, weight, height, muscle mass, blood group among other data about your body. - About your health:
Data such as blood glucose, body temperature, bone mass or oxygen saturation will be essential to monitor your health. - Data about your sleep:
Values of your sleep type, stages and duration.
