How does it work? After an initial assessment with our specialist, you will receive a plan that will help you improve your eating habits.
Scheduling a consultation with a Nutrition Counselor
is easy:
- Download our My Bupa App, for IOS or Android.
Once in the app, log in to My Bupa using your username and password. - Click on the hamburger menu and you will find the "blua" button with a drop-down list.
Here choose the Health Programs option. Choose the program and click on Request Appointment. Confirm your Time Zone, click on Schedule and you will need to confirm the date and time requested. When you click on Schedule, it will show a summary of the Appointment requested and the link to access it. This information will be sent by email and is very important to access the appointment. Choose the option you want from the menu and complete your data, then a specialist will contact you to schedule an appointment. - Review your scheduled sessions
Log in to the app at the requested date and time and go to the 'Go to scheduled sessions' option.
